Speed Writing!

On the bus now ahhhh Monday classes. Woke up today at 6.30, and the sun was streaming brightly through my window. Sun. At 6.30? That's so normal, right? So I panicked, thinking I was late. Turns out that's how spring is gonna be apparently. Yes yes, spring is here! Flowers are blooming, and I can't wait for everything to be in full bloom! There's cherry blossom trees here too omg omg so pretty! Ah today's Sarah's birthday celebration so Lynn and I baked her a cheesecake yesterday! Hopefully it's good! *cross fingers* That's about the only thing I'm excited about today sigh. It's Membranes & Receptors today, which I immensely dislike ugh ugh

100 Happy Days: Day 8 to 14 :)

I haven't been feeling too well this previous week cuz I've been sick so .. this list may seem sliiiiightly shorter than the previous week's. Sorry! Heh.

Day 8: 3rd Mar '14

Went ASDA with Donovan to do some grocery shopping. What was supposed to be a quick dash turned out longer than we thought! We were planning to go systematically down each aisle so we wouldn't miss anything but Donovan kept forgetting stuff hahahah. Twas good fun tho! :D Got to know him a little better & he's such fun to tease :P Also, he ended up belanja-ing me so that was really nice of him :)

Day 9: 4th Mar '14

1. Someone called me pretty :')

2. Had a good session in the DR even though we couldn't dissect our cadaver. Instead, we had a discussion session before our viva, which went well :) So did our surface anatomy session, hehehe :P Don't mind my straying eyes, but I tell you, some of the guys in our group work room are *pssssssssssssst, burnnnn* ;) On another note, loving Group 15 more & more every day! 

3. A certain someone opened up to me :) Made me really happy!

4. In the evening, went for Street Dance with T & Lynn! :D It was fun at first but it slooooowly became way too fast (hehehe the paradox). After that, we made pancakes because it was pancake day! :D We had them with Nutella & strawberries & golden syrup & plums, so yum! 

T & Lynn, two girls I love so much! They never fail to make me smile every day :)

Day 10: 5th Mar '14

I fell sick today, so was feeling quite shizzy the whole day sigh. But some people touched my heart :') I was sick, and everyone was so worried about me and all. Which was really sweet. Like the dining hall gang (shoutout to Minhee, May & Lucy) who kept asking me if there was anything they could do! May even went to ASDA to buy me medicine :') so glad to have these amazing people around me!

Day 11: 6th Mar '14

Another sickly dayyyyy. I brought caramel digestives for group work, which Peter absolutely adored hehehe :P Also, watched the first part of The Sound of Music with Lynn & T. We had so much fun bonding & just singing along to the movie, hehehe. Have I mentioned how much I love them both?

Day 12: 7th Mar '14

1. This happened:

Omg finallyyyyyyyy. Don't judge. We're deprived.

2. Siau Chian's birthday dinner at Han Dynasty. Of course, food makes me happy ;) Hehehehe. So funny seeing Siau Chian receiving that bag of food from Shao Ji HAHAHAA. Oh oh and she likes my gift! :D  Yayyyyyy. After that, we walked back to CODE & I think I was pretty high, no idea why though. Zhia was pretty high as well so we high together hahahah. Hung out at Chian's room and the gang played Ring of Fire. The game was ridiculously crazy weh, especially the rules omg - no swearing, no pointing & no mentioning names. We ended up yelling stuff like 'Thai Guy, Guy in Cap, etc etc' at each other :'P Ridiculous. 

Day 13: 8th Mar '14

Today really wasn't a good day for me. For one, I wasn't feeling well. & then there was all the Anwar nonsense going on back home. & then we also had the issue with the MAS plane going missing. All I could think was about how upset and worried all their families must be. Worst of all, I spoke to two friends about it and they were so negative, it just upset me & made me so mad, I had to leave. The happier part of today tho, I got to talk to both my parents! :) 

Day 14: 9th Mar '14

Had a bad morning because I found out that two of my friend's friend's fathers were on the plane. Went down for brunch and told my friends about it. The two people (from yesterday) heard it & went, 'Yeaaaah, they'll just find their bodies'. WTF. I got so mad, it took all my willpower to not just yell back at them. How can you have no empathy whatsoever?!

Aaaaanyways, I had a good day afterwards! :) It was a truly beautiful day! The sun was shining brighter than ever (ohmygosh I've missed the sun!) and there was a cool breeze :) Went to ASDA with Lucy & Minhee, and we decided to picnic after grocery shopping since it was such great weather! :) I saw some people in coats & I was like ... whaaaaaat.

At night, took a walk with Minhee & Lucy and we went around knocking on Shao Ji & Courtey's windows hehehehe :P 

100 Happy Days: Days 1 to 7 :)

There's this new trend going about right now, #100happydays. The whole point of it, in my opinion, at least - is to show yourself that no matter how shitty your day might be, you can still be happy. & so I was thinking, it'd be interesting to embark on this journey, see if I can be happy for 100 days in a row. So here I am! :D Instead of posting stuff on Instagram though, I'd rather just write about these happy things here, and post them in weekly compilations so I won't spam everyone :D Here goes!

Day 1: 24th Feb '14
1. Woke up feeling extremely hyper (God knows why, I only had 4 hours of sleep) but I ain't complaining! :D Waking up hyper is definitely waaaaaay better than waking up feeling like I lost the will to live hahahah.
2. The sky was beautiful today morning :')

3. Shao Ji woke up on time and came for breakfast! He's like this really rare Pokemon that you very seldom see during breakfasts hahahah :P
4. I understood the whole first lecture!
5. Donga was in a very good mood today hehehe. So group work today was fun! :)
6. Went to Ed's for Nutella milkshake with Shao Ji & May. It was so good omggggg. But jelak la after a while. Prefer May's oreo one heh. Feeling fat, we then walked aaaaaaaall the way to L-Mart hehe. & I bought more snacks (fats fats fats.) I also saw octopus! Gonna buy it next time :D

7. Everyone came for dinner! & we took over two full tables hehehe so proud of us! :D Oh & Donovan joined us as well yay!

8. Spent some quality time with Lucy.

9. Sehran & Leek made conversation with me :') I love when people make an effort to talk to me :')

Day 2: 25th Feb '14
1. Twas a good dissection sesh, as always hahahah ;)

Day 3: 26th Feb '14

1. Phillip making fun of me today morning when I hit my hand on the table -_____- He's opening up to us! Yeah cuz my theory is that you'll only start making fun of your friends & insulting them if you really feel comfortable around them heh.

2. Flowers have started to bloom everywhere! :)
3. Bonding time with T after being ditched by the guys at Subway.
4. Being told that people view me as an approachable person :)

Day 4: 27th Feb '14
1. Managed to make it on time for class with 15 minutes to spare after a mad dash to the dentist in the morning.
2. Had a good conversation with Donovan on the bus till I got off at the wrong stop & had to hop back on :'D
3. Great MSK revision sesh with T, Lynn & Farihah
4. Lucy bought the new B&J core & shared it with me! :)

Day 5: 28th Feb '14
1. Got my filling done! :)

3. Bonding time with T & Lynn at Starbucks! Love them to bits :)

4. Poker night out with the Malaysians! :)
5. Superly duperly spontaneous decision with Eugene to book tickets to Sheffield to teman SiauChian for her dance competition :P

Day 6: 1st Mar '14
Just an amazing day out with Eugenegeneee & SiauChian (& John) Oh and Leicester won first place in advanced hip hop! :)

Day 7: 2nd Mar '14
I don't know, today wasn't really a good day for me sigh. But I guess one thing that made me happy was to do with laundry hahaha. I did my laundry & got a call from Lucy afterwards asking me if I did laundry. And that she wanted to use my machine. & then Vincent wanted to use the machine after her. It doesn't sound thaaaat funny, but trust me it was hahahah.
