So today I

Sort of drove alone

All the way to Ampang 

& back, in the rain. 

It was a huge milestone for me because even though I've been driving for more than 2 years already (I'm a competent driver, no longer a P *old news* woot woot!), I never really dared to drive to unfamiliar places alone. Technically I wasn't alone today, I had Jayhan with me. But if anything were to happen, Jayhan would be of no help whatsoever so yeaaaah hahahah. & to Ampang somemore. Ampang to me is completely unfamiliar territory cuz it's so far out of the way that my family almost never goes there. So even the thought of driving there panicked me a little heh. Also, most of my driving was to college, and even then Shman would never allow me to drive in the rain. If it rained, he'd always insist on driving. So, for me to be able to do what I did today, was an amazing achievement. *bows to imaginary audience*

At 8am today, I left Bukit Jelutong armed with Waze & a pre-planned getting-lost-time of 20 minutes, I headed into the wild unknown that was Ampang. JENG JENG JENGGGGGG. Surprisingly, thankfully, we didn't get lost & we made it in less time than expected :D *proud moment* Going back home went almost as smoothly, except for that one wrong turn that I made heh. 

What was I doing at Ampang today? There was a Taekwondo tournament being held there, at Spectrum shopping mall. Sir couldn't make it, so he put Jayhan, Raveen & I in charge. It was a hectic day, but I enjoyed it immensely. I spent the whole day running about, searching for my kids & forcing them to sit still (& failing miserably), preparing them for their matches, giving them pep talks & coaching them. They all did so well, and even though not all of them won their matches & got medals or wtv, they fought so well & I was so proud :') 

Being around kids makes me so happy. Especially these little rascals. One of the things I love most is that to them, I'm not just their coach, but their friend as well. Like, they listen to what I have to say & all, but they also tell me stuffs & they can be completely silly with me & even make fun of me heh. I don't know, but for me, that's just so fulfilling. 

Super exhausted now, but I don't regret today one bit.

Sunday
Met up with Lynn, KF, Sehran and Evo at Secret Recipe. Had a short tea and chat session, then we parted ways. Sehran followed me back home to get changed for Taekwondo (YES HE CAME) and then we headed off to class. Class was interesting because of one thing - we (the seniors) had to jump across chairs, and side kick the kicking bag which sir was holding. It was scary at first, but once I got the hang of it, all was well :D Sehran selamba only, cuz he's tall whut. Voe was a completely different story. She did what I always did during lompat tinggi. Run towards the pole (in this case chair), then once reach the chair, come to a complete halt. Hahah Voe :') What's more, Sir started with one chair and then increased it to two, then three. Some kiddies like Kieran and Yong Tien were so excited they joined us as well. They only stopped because sir FORBADE them from jumping the 3-chair jump.
Ah, to be a kid again :')

Tuesday

Bought Tip Top ice cream from Jaya Grocer! :D It's really, REALLY good ♥

I've missed this, you see. Had it in NZ last 2 years, and I've been craving for Tip Top ever since. Will always remember how we melted it and re-froze it because we were moving around NZ :)

Puthea dropped by unexpectedly, right when I was settling down for lunch. She folded all these cranes for me! :') I love little handmade gifts like this ♥ She stayed for a while, told me she's getting married in 2015. To a guy she wasn't in love with. Which was really sad :( Feel really blessed that next time when I get married, it's not because I have to, it'll be because I want to, and it'll be to a person whom I'm in love with. 

Jason washed the pond :P I told him he reminds me of those poolboys in English movies, who clean pools in their underwear and then sleep with the house's mistress. HEHEHEH. Puthea came and she was like 'JASON NOW SO SEXYYYY.' HAHAHAHAHA

Wednesday

The gang (well, partly.) - Lynn, Jannah, Sehran, Leek and Hari came over last night for a small house-warming meet-up session. The meet-up was supposed to start at 9, but in typical Mafia Gang fashion, everyone was late. Except for maybe Sehran. Twas an interesting night :P It all started with Lynn's cockpit story. Which I can't reveal because of privacy issues. But that wasn't the gist of the conversation anyways. It was mainly about this: COCK.pit. Geddit? :P We're quite sick lah when we get together tbh.

After that, we played a round of Monopoly Deal. Lynn got mad with us halfway because Sehran and I (because I was desperate!) put properties as money. Eheheh. 

Afterwards, it was somehow decided that we would go on Omegle to well, for something interesting to do. So we did. We assigned the guys to sit in front of the lappy and filter the videos for us, because you know .. Omegle. After a few awkward videos, we came across one with these two guys - who didn't disconnect on us! :P So we said hi and chatted with them for a bit. Turns out, they were American soldiers in Germany! I was abit awestruck laa, like OMG SOLDIERS KAY. We tried talking to them, but we couldn't hear a word they say. We asked stuff like 'what do you always do?' to which they answered, 'sit around and do nothing'. It got a bit awks because we didn't know what else to ask .. and then they disconnected on us :( So we didn't get to screen capture the conversation D:

Next were:

Lynn told them that they looked like guys from 1D. She told the guy in grey, 'you look like Zayn Malik!' and he was like, 'I get that all the time'. Again, it got awks and then we disconnected on them -.-

Guy from Turkey who looked a lil creepy and asked us if we could speak English when we WERE speaking to him in English!

Next guy was also from Turkey. There were actually two of them, but the other guy was mainly in the background. I think he was abit drunk la, cuz he kept doing a few things repeatedly. Point at us. Wave. Heartshape. We actually got a screenshot but lost it because we didn't save it. Because Lynn accidentally screenshotted this :

Lynn wanted to get this guy yawning. 

There was also another guy. Some racist ass whom when he first saw us, he went 'where's my rice?' and then called us 'Chinese c****' -____-

The rest were all abit vulgar so we stopped. Although not before I saw something REALLY disgusting that the guys didn't warn me about D: D: EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Everyone then went home. After cleaning up, I was going to head upstairs when I realized my phone was missing. I called it using my house phone, and Leek picked up -___- He already changed phone, and yet he can mistake my phone as his iPhone 5. GENIUS. So he had to turn back and pass it to me. Heheheh :P

Today

Went to Puan Zati's house for open house. I tell you, I LOVE Malaysia. I love how we have so many diff kinds of yummy food, and because we have so many races, we have so many holidays. YAY! :D

These lil kiddies in Taekwondo, they're the main reason why I've chosen pediatrics. They're so easy to please, so cute so adorable, so innocent (well, some.) and the way I know they love me as much as I love them is just so ... :') Some of them, I've even watched them grow over 4 years :') Because of them, they made me realize how much  I adore and love lil kids and so I chose pediatrics! Gotta thank them when I'm a successful pediatrician next time :)

Tuesday
Spontaneous 'Breaking Dawn' with Keven and Shman. Class ended at 2, movie starts at 2.05. WE ARE AMAZING. The movie was gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.  It was quite nice, we a superb unexpected twist. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

Friday
So for the past week, EDC has been having practices daily, from about 4 to 6.30/7. Tiring, but completely worth it. WE ROCKED IT OUT ON FRIDAY WOOOOOH! :D I mean, there were mistakes here and there cuz I think we panicked and forgot some of the parts, but altogether it was GREAT! :D Hahahah the audience loved us yayyy! :D I think no one really picked up the mistakes because it sounded fine to them cuz they didn't know the real routine. Sadly, CF didn't win the award we were nominated for, the Best Club Award (non-sport), but oh wells :) We know we're winners in His eyes anyway ;)

After the award ceremony, I left for home and packed my stuff for the sleepover at Pammy's. The plan was actually to sleep over at Pammy's for the night, and leave for Perak the next day. I couldn't leave mama alone at home tho, and already had plans for Sunday morning so I was only going for the sleepover. At 7.40(?), Pammy and Kejia, along with everyone else (Hueyying, Miu miu, Larry, Vivien, Yi Chwen, Shman, Li Wei), came to pick me up. Everyone was starving, so we decided to just have our dinner at Domino's. And once the pizza came, we ate as thought we hadn't eaten for YEARS. IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES, WE DEVOURED 4 PIZZAS. After thaaaat, we left for Pammy's house. It was distressful because we kept having to make sure that Kejia was following, since she didn't know the way there. AND THEN
PAMMY'S HUGESION. IT WAS HUGE. REAAAAAAAAAAAAALLY HUGE. It made me feel so poor T___T So yeah, we settled in and then Pammy introduced us to this game (Xbox game) called Dance Central 2. It was SO FUN. We're supposed to follow the moves of the characters on the screen and try to get as many points as we can. It was so funny to see everyone trying all the moves, especially the weird ones hahahah. After a while, Pammy left and we somehow decided that we were gonna demolish ALL of Pammy's high scores. Cuz we have a secret weapon: Hueyying. Hueyying ah, VERY THE AMAZING. In 5/6 moves can get 500 000 ady.  o_____o
Later, Pammy changed the game to Guitar Hero, and the girls headed to bed. Me, Pammy, Shman, Li Wei and Larry stayed up till 3 playing that game hahahah :P Then at 3.15, we went to sleep and Pammy planned to wake up at 5.

Saturday
At 5.30am, Larry woke us (Pammy, me, Shman, Li Wei) up. Or at least, he tried. Only I woke up, and everyone else went back to sleep. So I went upstairs with Larry to get the guys up. So funny hahahahah Shman had one eye open when I came up and he pulled up the covers and went NUUUUUUUUUU, blahblahsmthsmthgroanmoan. So yeah, I went back to sleep. Cut the long story short, everyone woke up at around 6.30. Li Wei and Pammy were the hardest to wake up, having had to hurl pillows at Li Wei to get him up, and the girls smothering and tickling Pammy to get her up. Heheheh so funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny :P Oh and us girls were sitting in our room, and there was a smell.  We were wondering what it was, and then I saw it. FIRE. Hueyying's portable charger was on fire, ohmygosh what a scare. We managed to put it out (Shman did it.), and THANK GOD Pammy's parents weren't there. After that, we went out for ba ku teh breakfast, which was yum! :D And then they dropped me back home afterwards :)

Sunday
Today was supposed to be a bonding-while-jogging time with Taekwando people, but only Evo, Hazeem and Ariff made it. Including Jason, that made only 5 of us. So yeaaaaah, at around 7.15 we left for Bukit Cherakah (note: Bukit Cherakah). Unsure of the way there, Evo and I decided to consult the GPS. Which led us to some road leading to Kuala Selangor, which we assumed should be another road there..? And it led us to nowhere. We already went deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep in, and then we had to get out. AND THEN, Evo realized: THEY CHANGED THE NAME TO BUKIT CAHAYA -______________________- The only mistake we did was get the name wrong?! And it was indeed called Bukit Cherakah last time ugh -.- So yeah we made our way there to find out that it was only open at 8.30 -.- (Btw, it's ALSO called Taman Pertanian Malaysia and Bukit Bandaraya. WHAT.) Then we waited 15 minutes for bikes, but NOOOOOOOOO, only the super expensive 10 bucks per hour bikes were left. So we decided, nvm lah, jog only lah. So much for jogging hahahahah we ended up walking. Our main destination was the 4 Seasons House, so we basically went one whole round just for that. Amazing right? :') It was fun tho, we definitely got to bond. Finally, after 2+ hours, we reached the 4 Seasons House! :D We went in, and it was freezingggggggggg! ;O We played with the 'snow', and of course, jakun-ness set in. I even got to sneak a snow ball out! ;) After that, we walked for a bit more then left for breakfast :) By then it was already almost 12. Altogether, it was an amazing time :) The best part tho, was this: We were walking when suddenly, this guy stopped me and asked me,

Him: You cina eh?
Me: Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah (so awkward hahahah)
Him: Bagus bagus. Abang sekarang selalu tak nampak orang Cina dengan orang Melayu kawan sama sama.
Ariff: 1 Malaysia ;)
Me: ha'ah :) *points at Evo* Dia India.

And after the confusion about Evo's indian-ness was settled,
Him: Dulu selalu nampak orang India Cina & Melayu sama sama. Kalau sekarang orang Cina satu group kat sana, Melayu kat sana pulak. Abang gembira tengok orang macam kamu semua. Sepatutnya 1 Malaysia camtu lah!

And that, right there, was one of the proudest moments of my life.
Amazing, simply amazing.

Got friendship bands with Lynn, Jannah and Evo yesterday :) After our pizza-baking session, they went to Giant to get 'engagement rings' for Jannah and Evo xD I couldn't follow cause I had hospital attachment at SJMC, nyeh. While I was getting ready, I got a call- 'Jas Jas Jas what's your ring size?' And then the panic of me not knowing my ring size. They had to pick the only available size (cause got no more stock), and so we were just hoping that it'd fit.

During taekwando, Evo proposed to me :') HAHAHAHAHA. And when I put the ring on, 'OMG IT FITS!' :D Heh. Serious tho, it was like real proposal :P Heheheh. Plus, it's engraved!

For a friendship that will last forever :) We've been through so many ups and downs, and through all the shiz that the world has thrown at us, it's been 5 years and we're still as close as ever :) Last year is proof that no matter what happens, nothing can break us. Pies united foreverrrrrrrrr :D Hee. ♥ you guys :)

Just reached home and just had my bath :) Had loads of fun today at the tourney with Shman, Sehran, Evo, Jayhan and my bro, amidst all the injuries, mistakes, losses and all ;D

And now, imma sleep! Nights, world! :D

during taekwando just now, we had to practice moving forward and kicking, and pulling back and kicking, using target. PFT black belts and red belts had to do JUMPING FRONT KICK, JUMPING TURNING KICK, JUMPING BACKTHRUST, AND SWING KICK. GR! when i did the LAST swing kick, as i did the swing part, i fell. turned to swing, and FELL. ON ONE SIDE OF MY ASS. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. EMBARASSING! :(

and then, sir actually made us do free sparring. 2 vs 1 :D awesum! reminds me of gangster fights in taekwando during primary school. ashni, yashini, and me were in one group. damn funny XD we did stupid stuff, like pretending there were guns, and dancing night fever XD hahaa! lol and we named ourselves the charlie angels :D

haha. i'm starting to really enjoy taekwando. heh and waruna had to run THOUSANDS of rounds back and forth just now. PADAN MUKA XD

went for taekwando just now. it starts at 5.15. i reached at 5.10 and guess whut? i saw ashman and hari playing badminton! ;D oh and ashman's dad and youngest sis too. wonder where my darling sarah was :O

was quite distracted watching them play till i wasn't really focusing on what sir was teaching. gosh, could've died -.-

they went back at 6.30, i think. ashman was nice, atleast he said bye ;D actually, he yelled. "BYE JAS!" ;D ahha. hari was a freak. meanie beanie -.-
